攀藍鼎順利完成六號脫硫系統(tǒng) 檢修工作2022-02-28
2021年11月18日中午攀藍鼎接攀鋼釩煉鐵廠調(diào)度通知，13:00停6號燒結(jié)機進行年修，預計停機時間70天。攀藍鼎生產(chǎn)部隨即按計劃啟動6#燒結(jié)脫硫系統(tǒng)大修工作。
本次停機檢修主要內(nèi)容有：清洗除霧器，清理噴淋管道、噴嘴堵塞，處理各支撐梁防腐，清理旋匯耦合雜物，煙道檢查堵塞情況并清理,煙道與吸收塔交接區(qū)不銹鋼板貼合，吸收塔沉淀物清理，循環(huán)泵進口濾網(wǎng)清理，濾液箱、石膏箱、石灰石漿液箱、攪拌常規(guī)檢查，檢查、校準、維護進/出口CEMS……
